Steven Mouzon is a USAW certified performance coach.. Building better more athletic athlete's is Steven mission. Steven has helped a variety of athletes become their best self in their sport. Some of them include professional baseball players Anthony Maldonado, Brody Wofford, John Cable, Robert Kwiatkowski and many other professional athletes. Steven's results are seen throughout professional, college, and high school baseball fields around the country. As a former D1 Baseball player, Steven understands the athletic needs of any athlete.


Steven uses the Method approach to training athletes. This uses proven methods, techniques, and approaches which include crafting a performance program that is personally tailored to your needs as an athlete.


The Ladder includes a Free Assessment which accesses your current state that is critical to the development of a new athlete. The stages include:


Mobility - training a mobile athlete requires creating flexibility, ease of movement, and body control

Movement -developing the athlete's ability to move in complex a taxing situation

Strength - creating athletic strength that applies to performance needs

Skill - apply the steps of the ladder to sport specific activity


2-3 day a week programs available.

1 baseball/softball skills lesson per week/up to 3 strength sessions/per week: $650 ($140 OFF) 

2 baseball/softball skills lesson per week/up to 3 strength sessions/per week: $850 ($165 OFF) 


Football: 

1 football skills lesson per week/up to 3 strength session/per week: $700 

($135 OFF) 

 2 football skills lesson per week/up to 3 strength sessions/per week: $900 ($170 OFF)
